One of my older PC's has a space on the motherboard for a USB connector, but when I built it back in the day, I didn't have any use for it and left it off.  Now I can't find it.  I know I can get another card, but I hate to waste a slot when the connector's already there.

Anybody got the connector in a box-o-parts that I can buy?

Thanks!!

You can pick up a PCI slotted USB card for very cheap.  Get 2.0 if you're PC can handle it.  It's much quicker than 1.1...

On their website, do a part search for Part No. 154-2742 if you want the more common Type A receptacle (52 cents), or 154-2442 if you want the oddball Type B version (58 cents).
