I have several video-clips on a disc and I need to separate them into individual components so they can go into a powerpoint presentation. There are in .WMV format.

Can anyone walk me through the process and let me know what type of software I need to accomplish this?

I will GLADLY donate some 223/7.62x39/9mm/45ACP ammo to the person that can help me the most.

Thanks!!

Are you wanting stills or motion picture in the PPT?

You can use Windows Movie Maker & its "split" feature to chop the video up into separate components.

I think you can do it with movie maker. Trim the parts of video you want and save em as complete. Then use those files in your power point.

Has to be complete video sections. There's like 1 1/2 hours of video that needs to be separated into about 6 different segments. Not stills, video. Thanks again!
