On my daughters computer it says warning: Applet window and the whole computer freezes. What do I do? To fix this problem.

Do "Control", "Alt", and "Delete" buttons at the same time.

A new window should show up.

Select end process now.

what os? is it at a webpage? you need to, at the very least make sure your virus definitions are up-to-date and run a full scan. after that get adaware from lavasoft and spybot search and destroy, both free.
