[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need help finding a GIF

There is a .gif, where a guy in riot gear (IDF I believe) gets shoved by a guy, turns around, shoots him point blank with either a 40mm or 37mm, and keeps walking. Does anyone have that .gif, or better yet, the original video? I've seen it on here several times so I know someone does...

I'd say a bean bag or non-lethal projectile, since you don't see gas forming after the douche bag is shot and the camera looks at the cops a few minutes later
