I have a farm lease agreement that needs to be modified. Is there a way to scan the document to my computer and add the modifications without having to retype the whole agreement?

I suck at typing and would take me two days to do it.

Scan as a .tif file. Then use OCR in Microsoft image viewer. That will let you copy and paste the text into a word document. Then add what you need to.

Your scanner should have a option to scan directly into a Word document (.DOC). You could also scan to a note file.
