So I think my next purchase will be a .45, I want to shoot CDP in IDPA.  FNX-.45(not tactical) Glock 21, XDM, or ...Kimber Raptor II(Just because it looks awesome).  Have several Glocks now, 1st thought is keep what I'm used to Glock, but kinda want something different.  I do have a good 1911 already, but who said 1 is enough?

... why not the FNX45 tactical?

I don't think glock 21 is the right choice.  I tried to sell mine here and on facebook and I got nothing.  Put a 17,19, 23, or 26 up and they buy the fuckers used at new prices

For your competition needs.id take a hard look at the Glock 41...it is about the size of,the glock 34/35, but a .45.

I have a glock 35...and it is a very accurate! utterly dependable platform...that size gun in a .45 would be my choice.

Skip the Kimber, you will regret it.

Horrid customer service and they are not worth the money compared to the other guns.

I had a huge battle with them over the first issue of Kimber Warriors, I kept it but had to send it back twice.

I will never buy anything from them again.  They were giant tools to deal with.

I've had an FNP & FNX-45 and Glock 21SF. I really liked the FNs, and on paper they're amazing, but that never translated to results on the range for me. I sold my FNX-45, still have the Glock. The 21SF has become my favorite 45, and I'm no Glock fanboy.

Ruger P-90.  Out of production.

One of the few semi-auto pistols that can equal my S&W revolver in accuracy.

Guess what pistol Mas Ayoob used to win more than once.

Very early units had problematic barrels, subsequent units had Bar-Sto barrels.  'Nuff said.

Assuming you obtain some action springs, and a couple of spare extractors, your great-grand-kids will be shooting it long after you are gone.

Why would you name a product "Nightmare"?

This could go over about as well as when Chevrolet tried to sell the Nova south of the border.
