Vortex Viper HS-T 6-24. Should be about $650.

Seekins precision rings -$130

Other wise step up to the Vortex Viper PST FFP 6-24.

My RPR wears the HS-T. I was dinging steel no problem at 1100 yards with it. Ran out of adjustment at 1400.

Over in the Precision Rifle section under bolt actions is a RPR thread with a bunch of good recommendations. I believe Vortex PSTs and HSTs were the most recommended. I  ended up going with a Viper for now since I caught one on sale for half price. Once sighted in and I develop the best load for mine, I will be upgrading to the one of the above.
You can find them on sale for at or under your price range. If you are Mil\LEO\First responder you can buy straight from Vortex for 40% off. Just have to contact them from your work email address.

Thanks for the responses, looks like I'm going with a Vortex of some sort.

Ok what is the difference between MOA and MRAD reticle, and which is better?

I like the Bushnell high end scopes and they're quite capable.  Vortex is now a worthy suggestion with a young, but acclaimed track record.

MOA uses minutes of angle

MRAD uses milradians

The next scope I buy will be a Primary Arms with the ACSS reticle.

Under $300.
