I'm working on an Explorer 4x4 doesn't work if you drive over 35 mph then 4wd and 4low lights start flashing. I remember someone saying one time that the flashing is a blink code like a check eng light. Anyone have any idea where I could find what the code means. I really don't have any faith in the local Ford Garage, Grandma spent a lot of money having another truck fixed and got it back and was still doing the same thing. They said oh well was fine when it left here not our problem. Never gong back to a dealer again.

Can't tell what you mean. Are you in 4 wheel low and trying to go over 35? You should do that. Anything above 35 you should be in 4 wheel high, or 2 wheel high.
If anything it sounds like a saftey feature to save your ass from burning up the transfer case at over 35mph.

When my "4X4" lights were blinking I needed a new control module IIRC. Mine is an '03 if it matters.

Go to Autozone & they'll scan your computer for free & tell what error codes are reading & what they mean. All for free!

No It's in high range.  Well actually auto range. Hate electronics on a 4wd. I'll have to run by autozone next time They can turn loose of it for a few hours. Thanks for all the help every one.
