So as I sat on the roof of a building that was smashed during the 2003 shock and awe air campaign and quietly enjoy my last cigar as I watch the lights of Baghdad, I realize that I am out of cigars and need to replenish my stocks before I move to a place where I don’t the opportunity.

Now, I am not an aficionado by any means, and I really don't know much about them other than I kinda know some of the bigger name brands.  I generally end up picking a few up from the PX but never really knowing if I am getting something good or not.  So I figured I would enlist some help to make the decision on my next purchase since I will have to order on line anyway and will probably do a larger order.

So, the question is this, what are some recommendations for a Cigar that is a good, short to medium smoke ( can't sit out there as sniper bait for a long time ya know), won't break my budget, and will hold up well here in the desert?  I will be taking some with me when I travel around Baghdad and the surrounding area as well, so durability is important.

Suggestions?
