For a date to knock a girl off of her feet. She is 19 I am 22 she loves the outdoors, and being outside. Now here is the problem, she and I both work late shift and will not be able to get together until about 10:30 at night. How do you feel after working a night shift? You want to be comfortable so she will be, also. Would you be hungry, a little low key, ready to party? A nice dinner cooked on the grill out on a lit patio would be welcome for me after a long night's work... or any day for that matter, but only where I am comfortable. A first date at some guy's place in the booneys might freak me out, unless I knew him really well. |
Valid point she is always a little drained after working late, as am I but we are both kind of used to it. We have known each other for about 7 years and officially we are exclusive, but I want to do something to knock her socks off. Probably not like party or anything, probably something outdoors weather permitting. |

If you are really looking to knock this chick off her feet, you need to go totally out of your security bubble. The state park idea- real good; that is what i would have suggested. But take it one step further! Ask some of your buddies to set up a site for you while you are both at work. Get them to set up some candle lanterns (or something like), have a fire going and maybe some wine chilling in the tent. When ya'll get off work make for the park. Avoid all questions. When you arrive, have a bundle of flowers YOU took time to pick or pick out! The fact you went out of your way to make something like this happen is usually what makes us girls go all gooey. And the total cost to you- -Camp site - $15 -Wine- (depends) -tea light candles (bag of 50)-$2 -Flowers (if buy)- $20 You get the pic. I hope all goes well! Have fun no matter what you decide! |
