Howdy guys.
I started BS'n around in here a few months back. At that time I weighed right at 300. I now weight 275 not a huge drop but my BFI has gone from 27% to 20% which is something I am stoked about. However I lost all that while I was going to the gym and dieting. The past couple months however I have been working a new job that has me on the road for 2 months at a time living in hotels. So working out is sorta just not gonna happen after working 12hrs a day in the sun. What I am really looking for here is a diet plan. Damn pizza and tv dinners are not cutting it. I need something I can buy in bulk and keep in a tiny fridge... Give me a list of what to buy and what to eat. All i have is a microwave to cook my food... Here recently I have been goin and having breakfast at random restaurants just 3 eggs and a slice of ham w/ a orange juice. a few hours later I try to have a banana w/ a muscle milk. That usually gives me plenty of energy to finish out the day. So lunch and dinner are usually no so healthy. Some one make me their bitch and tell me what to do!!!

It sounds like you know what to eat. The trick is making sure that good food is readily available.
If the hotels are ok about it, buy a George Foreman grill. That way you get cook a bunch of meat at the same and zap it in the microwave, along with some vegetables, either canned or frozen. For fresh vegetables, get the bagged salad at the supermarket and use olive oil for dressing. As for snacks, cheese, nuts, carrot sticks, and cans of tuna are all good choices. |

i would eat lots of salads with protein on them. Canned cooked chicken breast, tuna, etc. Keep your greens and boiled eggs along with dressing in the fridge. Just watch the total calories of the dressing. I bought some spray vinaigrette the other day and it like 1 calorie per spray, and it takes about 15 sprays to cover a large salad.

I am only 5'8" and not 20% BF i am 23% I don't know WTF was goin on in my lil brain bucket when I wrote that lol... Any idea what my daily intake should be? I want to make sure I take in enough to keep me movin all day but at the same time I want to be burning more than I take in so I can continue my weight loss. I am a really thick guy, always have been. At my best I was 220 not a total ripped meat head but my keg gut was solid... not soft and jiggly
