I started doing 5 reps at a time with a 45 pound plate hanging from my waist. My plan is to work up to as many reps as possible but honestly I just want to eventually do one handed pull ups. I am around 165. One handed pull ups is my goal right now.
Can anyone provide any tips or advice? if I can end up doing 5 one handed pull ups I will have reached the goal. thanks for any help. |
