Have to divide up family photos (divorce
) Need advice on scanners for Negatives and Slides.
Have 23-years of film with lot of world travel and kids.
Figure would be best to make electronic copies.
Please make suggestions on scanner and archiving software.

I bought a Nikon about a year ago. Works great.
Do not waste time with a flatbed scanner with a negative /slide attachment.
ETA : check the link out in my sig, about half the pics there are scans from my Nikon scanner.

Send 'em out to be scanned. The time savings alone likely justifies the price.
