So I'm finally moving to Netfilx, and have both a Wii, and a PS3. My question is which console would be better to set up in the living room, or isn't there a difference.  Both are wireless, but I'm sure wired results in smoother streaming. Will one account work on all the machines?   Or am I just over thinking

you can have multiple devices set up to use Netflix and use/test both to see if there is a difference is quality video output.

when you choose the Netflix app on either device, it will tell you to log into your Netflix account (on pc/laptop) and enter a unique code

My Wii does ok..sometimes it struggles with picking up my wireless signal.   I have to refresh it sometimes.

60" LG Plasma with Netflix Widget....
I did use a PS3 until I got the above, with no complaints.

I have all 3 (I have an XBOX as well)systems.  PS3 is the best interface in my opinion of the 3. 1080p available as well as surround sound. A better interface to the movies available as well.

#1 PS3

#2 XBOX 360

#3 wii or a blu-ray player with stream option built in

#4 a tv with stream option built in

My Wii has no problems streaming, but the the picture is nothing to write home about.

The Xbox has a much better picture, but constantly stalls out.

Can't provide any useful info for a PS3, other than was stated above, hook it and the Wii up and compare.

Doesn't the wii only output really low resolution 480p?

why when the other two are free

Thanks for the input, I'll probably start with both to see which one has the fastest connection.  I forgot about the HD output difference, but it doesn't mean that much to me since I'm hard of hearing and sight.

I absolutely love my dedicated Sony network device.  A sweet bonus is the remote app for my iphone.  I picked it up for $55 and have to say it kics the shit of a roku at half the price.
