I have a 2-year old Acer Aspire One netbook with Windows XP and a solid state hard drive. Tonight it got knocked off my bed, and fell about 2 1/2 feet to the floor. Now when I try to power it up, it starts to load, then shuts off right before it gets to the Windows splash screen. There doesn't seem to be any external damage, the display and keyboard are in good shape. Is there anything I can do to try to salvage the stuff I had on the hard drive, or do I have an expensive paperweight? Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |
