What is it? I read through the Terms of Use but found nothing except if you do give out your password you accept responsibility of what they do with the account.
I did see that TN passed a law that makes it a crime but no other states have done it that I can find. |

But if you give out your Netflix password you can go to jail. |

But if you give out your Netflix password you can go to jail. Same as running some coax to your neighbor, and "sharing" your cable tv. I agree that it is theft. But I also don't think we need a separate law, as there are plenty that already cover this, and/or could be covered in Terms of Service. |

I don't know how poor you have to be to need to save like $8 a month, but whatever. I did offer to let my dad use mine to try it out and he just said "nah, fuck it, we'll do it the right way and I'll sign up my own". |
