The face of the disconnector where it holds back the hammer probably got a bit too much polishing.  Check the angle of it too.

or the trigger because the hammer is not engaging as he lets go of the trigger...or the disconector is letting go too soon...

I knew someone that had two lower parts kits from Blackthorne do this.  They were removed, melted with an Oxy/Acetylene cutting torch and thrown in a dumpster. She fixed the rifles and sold them.

New FCG will fix it, if you want a light trigger just by a good 2 stage and you

Will be fine.




Did that to a Colt AR in 88, trust me it's a cheap lesson.
