NJ enacting unconstitutional gun laws?
Nothing new to see there. NJ has been consistently one of the most restrictive and unconstitutional states in the union as far as I can recall. |

Well NY's law is being challenged by Nolo and GOA...we got a quick temporary restraining order on the law, which the 2nd circuit quickly put on hold till they can "review" aka stall.
But the federal judge who granted the TRO is poised to place an actual injunction on the law in the next week or two. He isn't buying NY's arguments. What the 2nd circuit will do is anyone's guess. Will they defy SCOTUS? Probably. The faster they do the faster it gets back to SCOTUS where the NYSRPA decision's ink is still wet. |
