I bought a new 42" LG Internet ready HDTV last Saturday from Best Buy. I got it home and set it up. The I accessed the web app menu and found that some of the apps, like Netflix were not there. I tried everything and it just would not come up. We read the manual, went through every menu the TV has on it, searched the web. Nothing. No information on the problem at all.
So the wife called LG service and was on the phone for 1 hour 2 minutes. 1 hour of it being on hold. She timed it. They said that they needed to send a tech out. She set up the appointment for Wed. afternoon between 1 and 5. Now at this point, we really should have re-boxed this fucking thing, drove back to Best Buy and had them exchange it for one that worked. Big mistake right there. I made arrangements at work to be home Wed. afternoon and sit and wait. Around 2 the tech calls and asks if we downloaded anything to screw up the TV. I said nothing but what the TV said to download straight out of the box and explained the problem again. The lazy twat bubble said that he didn't want to come out if he didn't have to and that he would call back in 5 minutes after researching the problem. I had to tell him that we had already been over this with the help line and that they researched and said a tech needed to check it out. He changed his tune then and said he would be here in a half hour. He gets to my house, smells like he just chain smoked a carton of Camels and asked to borrow some batteries for his remote He then checks a function menu and resets the TV. After that h has to have us guide him through the process of getting to the menu to the web area. He's a company tech and has ZERO knowledge of the product he was sent to repair. What kind of ass backward company does this???? He fiddle fucks around for a while longer, we have to guide him through a few more steps. He is perplexed by the issue (big fucking surprise) and has to call in to see what he should do. They tell him he needs to replace the mother board! He checks his van and guess what? Of course he doesn't have the part on hand. He schedules a return trip today ad says he'll be here at noon.
It's 5:10 now, I called his number, left a voice mail. Call LG. Sit on hold another half hour. They can't reach him either and tell me that he should be here eventually and call back if he doesn't show up in a few hours Stupid cocksucking mother fucking piece of shit no brain dipshit skidmark syphilitic imbecile douchebag twatnozzle sons of whores who fuck donkeys!!!!!!
