what!  no underhood p0rn?????????????????????????

you guys FAIL at "cars & bikes"

we need a rule where in a new ride thread an underhood moneyshot must be contained in the OP or your thread will be deleted.  Come on we're all gearheads here it's time we started posting like it.

Anyway rant off, from what I can see it looks like a firm foundation for an awesome project.

You call that a project?  What's left, 45 minutes of work replacing a bumper?

Maybe a finished/completed project..

My dad had the same truck when I was really young, but it was red and 4x4.  He sold it to someone in the mid '90's who restored it, and it looked like a trainwreck compared to that one when he got rid of it.  Yours looks great.

What's under the hood and what are the plans?

360 under the hood as of now no rust other than alittle surface here and there.

Plans are

New weather stripping all the way around
replace 360 with a 460
repaint (same as it is now)
new rims and tires
new front bumper (i actually did the damage trying to load it in the dark on a dolly)
New factory grill
redo interior
lower the front 2 inches
lower the back 1 inch
all new exaust with thrush pipes
and anything else i run into along the way lol
