 I am so fucking pissed right now. The other night I just got my new phone shipped to me from Tmobile. It is a 6103 nokia phone. When I picked it up this morning the screen was all fucked up. I just got this damn phone last night. What should I do? Am I fucked or will they actually do anything for me?

since you had it sent to you, the asshats at the store will have no idea what you are talking about. Call Tmobile up, the same number that you called when you signed up for sevice, and ask them TELL them to send you a return item label so you won't pay for shipping. Have then send you a new phone. As you probably know CS is going to try to rape you so don't take no for an answer.
