You don't have to introduce yourself. This is ARfcom: just jump in and start insulting people while pretending you know everything. It also helps if you are an engineer. Apparently roughly 91.4% of ARfcom members are engineers (this, of course, includes all types of "engineering," including sanitation engineering, taxi cab driving engineering, Big Mac engineering, pizza delivery engineering, night watchman engineering, etc.).
You are British, I see. Well, it will be assumed by the vast majority of the membership that you have bad teeth, you must use foreigners to satisfy your women in bed (particularly Americans), you are forced to wear a turban by your oppressive socialist government, you aren't allowed to own guns, you eat a lot of fish and chips (and maybe even haggis if you're far enough north), and call everybody "bloke" and "mate" and "old chap." You also say "blimey!" a lot though nobody in the New World knows what that means. And so on. Welcome to ARfcom and always remember: Arbeit Macht Frei. Have a nice day. ETA: Oh, and I almost forgot. Always keep in mind for Internet/ARfcom purposes, if anyone ever asks, or even if they don't, you have an enormous penis as well. | Thanks for the welcome. I'm not the Ginger Streetfighter, I'm a new improved version. The old Streetfighter keeps deleting my posts as I think he doesn't like my screen name but it was up for grabs. As long as I behave and follow the CoC I should be ok shouldn't I? |

| They are just mad they don't have your streetfighter name. OK,you got your spellers;the ones who have nothing better to do than correct someone elses posts to feel smart.You got your +1 or one liners,trying to get high post counts.You got your'' had an ar once but know arfcom ways experts'',need I say more.And you have some people who give good advice and know what they are talking about,about 30-40%.Good luck. |
