It is already on your harddrive....you just have to know where to find it.
I am running Win XP service pk2,and every file,image,video,etc that I visit is stored in a folder named Temporary Internet Files,which is inside the Local Settings folder,which is in my user folder. Just use windows search for Temporary Internet Files. Now if you have a SWF player,it will help a lot in finding the flash video files.
