Told ya- it's a breakfast pic, my very first one.
That's a grilled scrapple, bacon and cheese flatbread sandwich w/ tomato- delicious. Eggs and more scrapple on the side.

I've never had scrapple, but down here, that stuff is just called "scraps" and we feed it to the dogs....
ETA: If I squint really hard, and pretend that's sausage on the plate, I'd probably give you an 8/10.

Scrapple is why I gave it a 7. It's spam like in looks, but the taste is like sausage.
