I have alot on my mind... I haven't been sleeping well and I have NO appetite.

No serious problems at hand - like jail, court, etc... just alot of little stuff.

Doom IS NOT eminent, but I cannot find the will to eat.

I haven't eaten in several days.  I am a bit overwieght anyway (30 pounds or so), so I think I have reserves for the time being.

I don't drink (anymore) and I don't smoke pot.

Any suggestions?

My aunt is going through a similar time (no, not menopause )

The best thing to do is maybe see a Doctor or force yourself to eat, stress with get better with some food in your stomach.

You force yourself to eat, simple as that. Not much, but stuff that will keep the body functional.
Appetite will most likely come back in a couple days or sometimes even hours once you eat.

play with your rifles.... shoot ALL day... then you will eat... because you will be happy!  and if not then let ME shoot your rifles

Exercise.  You'll start to lose weight and feel better generally.  And your appetite will return.

Then you need to start on a reasonable diet... more veggies, fruit, fish, chicken, etc.  Less fast food and junk.  You'll feel even better.

I agree with the exercise. It WILL clear your mind, and the appetite will return.

Remember to keep hydrated though, thru this period, as it will cause you problems if you began to get de-hydrated. If you are pee-ing diesel, you are behind the curve. Clear is good. Dark is bad.

Try something like a Slimfast or Carnation instant, just to get some nutrients onboard.

Thanks to all of you for the input!

I have been forcing myself to consume large quantities of water as well as fruit juice and my morning cup of joe.

I will be very busy tomorrow (work=excersise for me) and I suspect the appetite will be back.

I went without eating for 5 days once, felt like shit but yeah man work out hard. Go out for a long ass run that always makes me hungry once I am done.
