A few months ago I looked at my drivers license and noticed it expired on my Birthday in November. So today, I decided today was the day that I would go and get it renewed. I diligently got my birth certificate, SS card, and proof of insurance all together to make sure I was prepared. I leave work early at 2PM because I suspected long lines. I get to the DPS office and wait in line for about 45 minutes. I get up to the window and proclaim my intention to renew my drivers license. The rather hot babe behind the counter asks to see my current drivers license, which I give to her. The words I hear next slapped me in the face like the recoil from a Enfield Jungle Carbine. She said: "Sir, your drivers license doesn't expire until November 2006. You're a year early." DUH!!!!
