It's probably not as resilient as AR500 or something specifically designed for ballistics, but...it's also a 1/2" thick. LOL. That's why it weighs twice as much as a standard steel plate you'd shove in a vest, and barely fits in theirs. It wouldn't be fun to wear, but I'd bet it'll stop most small arms fire. It also makes great swords!
