I think some of you guys are VASTLY over-estimating what this statement by the UK/Poland is about.
It's not a defense pact or an alliance or anything of the sort. It is (literally) just an announcement that they intend to "develop" a "Memorandum of Co-operation" - so they can coordinate on stuff like cybersecurity, communication, etc. It's not even a memo. It's an announcement that they will work on a memo. It's nothing more than a PR announcement saying "hey, we want to help Ukraine - but you know, not by actually fighting or coming to their aid or anything" I am sure Putin is pissing his pants in fear right now. |

View Quote Depends on how Russia takes it, a memo to plan a meeting on how they can help each other could just as easily be spun as UK and Poland decided to add Ukraine to NATO by proxy. At this time it means nothing, but if things go hot Russia may use such an agreement as justification to openly target supply transports coming from UK and Poland and then it does become an attack on NATO. |

Well, if you qualify to buy a firearm in Ukraine, the good news for the day is that AUGs are on sale:
IBIS Gun Store Chain - AUG sale (and yes, Ukrainians CAN have flash hiders on their rifles and threaded barrels - suppressors are also legal, this is the 9x21mm model) |

This is a hybrid war and always has been since the start.
Modern Russia can't afford a large scale conventional conflict with Ukraine. This flex of "muscle" has gained Putin 2 things thus far. 1. Testing strength and resolve of NATO and European powers. 2. Further damage to Ukrainian economy. (This is the most significant and they were able to make Biden their voice on the loudspeaker. How many embassies have shutdown? How many countries told their citizens to leave because of American's lead? Foreign investments into the Ukrainian economy are on standstill tell tensions die down. I doubt many people are making large purchases as well, buying/selling homes and apartments and expensive automobiles.) |

Still a few decent deals on AR-15s at $1,500 and Fort AKs for $890. Although, inventory is sold out starting at page three (goes to page 6, used to go out to 9 pages) but that is expected with what is happening. Looks like many Ukrainians who can are buying ARs which is good - this also reflects in civilian training footage. |

If there are Russian artillery attacks, surely someone has Tik-Tok video of it or IG?
Either way, hopefully Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Baltic states, and Finland take serious notice and put some some real efforts into upgrading and expanding ground and air forces. No way will France or Germany have your back, they can't anyway. Biden regime, not a chance. Maybe drop diversity training videos on them? |
