| I have been working out for the past 2 months every other day and have been drinking a Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex shake after it. I originally bought the Pro Complex because when researching it had a lot more grams of protein than any whey did at 60 grams per serving. It also has a lot of other things in it I'm not sure if it helps a lot or not. Well my tub is almost done and its time to buy more but I still don't really know the difference between the pro complex and the standard whey which seems so popular. Can anyone tell me the differences between the two and if one is better than the other. I don't really know much about supplements. |

It depends on your lifestyle, in my opinion.
Personally I like a blend of fast- and slow-digested proteins. Gaspari Myofusion and ON Nitro Core 24 are two of my current favorites. I feel better knowing that there is always protein in my body to prevent going catabolic, especially when I am sleeping. That is why I choose blends like I mentioned. Read up on the different rates of digestion for different proteins, and choose what is best for you. |

if you read the label you take two scoops to make up 60 grams of protein of your stuff, priced around $80 bucks
I buy the ON gold standard whey or Syntha 6 when its on sale at Vitaminshoppe for 45 bucks a 5 lbs. I take two - 3 scoops a workout day. think smart and save |
