I'll take it one step further. Not only could get not get hired by the FBI or CIA - he wouldn't/couldn't get hired for ANY fed job that required a background check. The only job he will be able to hold is as an elected official. Kinda scary huh?

I think so, No felony convictions. No spouse abuse. Not sure on drugs since he "does not" do them now.

Never. He consorts with marxist radicals, communists, and terrorists. Oh yeah, he was a dope user/dealer to boot. The gay sex/drug stories are probably true also.
