I couldn't find anything online if removing that was part of the continuing resolution that stripped the guts out of it. (Taxes, fees, subsidies, etc.)
Anybody got anything on this, because that has been the bane of my existence for almost 3 years.

Man I hope so. I'm working part-time right now and going to school full time while my wife works full time with benefits. I'd love to be able to take as many extra shifts at work as I could- winter break, spring break, summer, ect...
