So we are buying land in an HOA that is out there but not OUT THERE.. Cuz there is an HOA duh. Anyway, we are wanting to build off the grid. And we have questions about the fact that we have to build an aerobic septic system per HOA. Anyone know if there is major downfall to this kind of system beyond the electric? Also any other questions we should ask re: HOA and a largely undeveloped thousands of acres of land that may or may not grow into itself? It has roads, utilities, water...
