I'd think the moon launch and mars launch will get tv coverage also

Biden is cancelling those wasteful imperialistic missions and redistributing the wealth comrade.

Yup and doesn't Musk plan on  building a launch port out at sea or something

Same.
Was hoping to see the boost burn from the first stage but it was too far away to catch it.

Envious!
I wish they would also have an MPH and Altitude indicator in Feet-Miles.
Born in 1960, in 1970 my school started talking about how the 'Metric System' would become the New Standard Here!
Guess I need to make a 'cheat sheet'.

Is it not possible to just watch/enjoy something without your politics? This has nothing to do with that and everything that has lead to this spanned multiple administrations exactly because multiple administrations kept their hands off of it, unlike countless other space projects. I feel sorry for you if everything in the world boils down to politics, must be exhausting and stressful.

Saw it from central SC!!!!!

My sammich maker and I walked outside on the off chance based on the launch trajectory. All be damn we saw it for about 20sec until staging. We couldn’t see the 2nd stage light nor could we see the reentry burn.

I’m about 115 miles away give or take.

Got to see blips of her in the sky in and out of the cloud cover.

I’d say more than 1/2 the people on my street were outside watching as a family.

I was 8 years old when man first walked on the moon.
Was at my grandma and grandpa’s house that summer with my family.

Was always fascinated with the space program since I was a kid.
I remember the fire on Apollo 1- what a tragedy.
I looked up at the moon and could not believe men were on the moon while I was looking at it from earth.
Can remember it like yesterday even though I was 8 years old!!

Every time I see a launch into space I always think it is awesome.
