So my wife had one of her old college friend over for the weekend, along with her husband. Husband is well, whimpy....I have known this for a while and so has my wife, in fact we regularly make fun of him behind his back. He is pretty scared of my guns, though he has shot them once (limpwrested the handguns badly) Well today he was talking about what happened when his wife left for work the other day. She made it 5 miles, started feeling ill so she turn around to come back home. When she got home, he was still in bed. He woke up to her coming into the house, but he wasn't expecting that it was her and he thought immediately that it was an intruder. So you know what the brave soul did? He curled into a ball and hid under the covers hoping that the intruder would leave him alone. This is a 28 year old, my friends not a 5 year old. I don't know if it is funny as hell or just unbelievably sad and pathetic. I had to excuse myself from the conversation so I wouldn't say anything rash. |
I'll take sad and pathetic for $200, Alex. Is there any chance he was just pulling your chain? It's hard to imagine any male of the species behaving like that. You're sure he's a male, right? |

He couldn't tell it was his wife from the sound of the door being unlocked? What fucking moron doesn't lock their front door? If I don't hear the deadbolts (security screen and front door) being unlocked, the person entering my home is toast. Fucking retard. He probably lets his dog roam free too, doesn't he? Counselling. Seriously. It sounds like he's had some form of trauma that makes him this way. No healthy (mentally, emotionally) guy would act like this. curl up in a ball???? Not even curious to see who it might be??? Just assume it's Jason from Halloween and "resistance is useless"? that's gotta be a sign of some serious trauma. He needs help.
