So oil has been bouncing around the $120 / bbl mark.... The standard is 44 gallons of oil / bbl $120 / 44 = $2.73 / gallon or... $0.6825 / quart ..so... If I change my own oil and they want me to recycle it at whereever (Autozone, JiffyLube, etc) , then its time to pay up buddyboys. I expect cold hard cash for my 5 quarts of used oil.... $3.41 refund thank you What I'm giving them back is cleaner than the crude coming out of the ground, so they won't have near the refining costs to recycle it back into a usable product. And if they don't want to pay up...pfft...I'll find other uses for my "cheap oil". |
