ANY Italian Cannibal based movie from 1978 to 1981 or so.
OK, you're going to have native boobens and eventually the leading lady(ies) will shed their clothing. BUT....All them furry - and otherwise - animals being killed and eaten while they were alive is something else. Ain't gonna be easy to top them movies. |

View Quote Slave of the Cannibal God has got to be one of the worst films I've ever watched, but it follows this exact formula and came out in 1978. There's only one reason (well, two reasons) to watch this film, and it only lasts for a few seconds. ETA: there's some very questionable scenes in it, but it doesn't involve the animals being killed or eaten alive, but rather a far worse fate. |

Backtracking a bit....
I caught Slave of the Cannibal God under a different name on TiVo a week or so ago. I kept FF where Ursula had her clothes on. I kept going until the scene where she was stripped full frontal naked and is turned into a Golden Girl. ....Yeah, that one guy sure did make a pig out of himself... I've seen worse, I just can't recall which movie. Flashback to Vicenza while I was . There was one movie where, at the end, everybody that stayed just started booing at what was just shown. Don't recall what it was and don't want to be reminded of it either. I agreed with the boos. |

Paris, Texas.
I wouldn't call it weird. It was, however, one of THE best movies I have ever seen. Slow going at the start, but what an ending! |

I just thought of THE worst movie I Ever saw: Embrace of the Vampire, the remake.
The Whoopee scenes were dull and lame for starters. |

They decide to keep the money, but quietly check up on the info they find. Soon the Feds are running all over the place, and it looks like jeep maybe linked to the JFK assassination. But the Feds are trying to cover it up, and eliminate anyone involved with the jeep. View Quote |

I recently recalled a Different kind of movie was wasn't a parody, satire or comedy:
India Song I saw it in a NYC movie theater that showed old, foreign, semi-classical and classical movies. They showed Chaplin's The Great Dictator as an example. Talk about experimental.........The cast never spoke On Camera. They talked in "a constant voice-over". I wasn't impressed in the least. If I were informed the movie bombed I would completely agree, shaking my head as I recalled what I saw. |

Many years ago (1970s) my younger brother and I watched a late at night movie on TV. It was called Night Tide, a black and white film from the early 1960s if memory serves. Starred Dennis Hopper. Strange, psychological weirdness. Good stuff.

Logan's Run definitely near the top of my list. Jenny Agutter absolutely yummifies it!
Also "The Land That Time Forgot" and "The People That Time Forgot", and "The Last Dinosaur" LOVED those 70s flicks as a kid. Also, "The Great White Buffalo" and "Orca". |
