It opens up a whole to set of gun and .mil books to read. I can now read French good enough to make it worthwhile. There are quite a few decent gun books in French and many excellent WWII books in French with no English equivalent. There are a couple (and probably more) good gun books in German that are not published in English also. I have one on gun markings but I just have to German-English dictionary it. |
