I am blessed to be able to do 3 home projects, with cash, this Spring. The projects are new roof, new gutters and exterior painting. My question is which order is best? I am concerned about overspray getting on the roof if the roof is done first. Also, if gutters are done before roof I am concerned about the gutters being damaged during roof install. Not that it matters but the gutters will be leaf guard gutters so the are strong but expensive.
Any opinions on the best order to do these projects in? |
