When I tried attaching a bipod mount, it oriented I think upside down. I could be wrong, but that's what it looked like. What I am absolutely certain of though, is when I attached a bipod to the mount, the bipod itself was definitely upside down, attaching to where I would normally attach a scope.

Meanwhile, when I was trying to attach a scope, I could get the scope mounts to attach to the rifle sometimes, and sometimes the scope mounts would attach to the scopes, but usually those would highlight RED and I was never under any circumstance able to attack a scope + scope mount + rifle.

Everything comes in oriented towards the first rail it could attach to, so they come in "upside down" for some items because often times the upper receiver or hand guard top rail is the first thing they could attach to.  Drag them below the boreline of the rifle and they're orient to the bottom.
