Two days my home build showed on start up the message:  overclocking failed press F1 for set up, press F2 to load defaults.  I do not overclock so the message says:  What!  Same thing this morning but on the first try to start up the system rebooted and shut off.  Pressed power button and the message on overclocking showed up again.  After pressing F2 everything seems fine.  The only thing that I can think of is the power supply is starting to go.  My reasoning is;  Don't you change the voltages to the M/B to overclock and if so maybe my power supply is on its way out.

That occured to me after I posted the problem.  With no Comp Usa around I will have to find a store to purchase the battery.  You are my lucky # 5.  Thanks    Andy

Some motherboards allow you to overclock right from the BIOS rather than moving jumpers on the motherboard. I'd reset your BIOS and see if the errors still come up.
