I have been looking for quite a while with the googles, but can't find anything that suits my needs, so I was wondering if maybe one of you folks might know.

I am looking for a breakout box with 1 minijack audio line in, and at least two line outs, as well as a spot for a USB headset. I could get a non USB headset if I had to but would rather not. The point is to be able to switch between audio outputs at the push of a button. I really would rather not implement this in software. Any ideas?

I think you're looking for a mixer board.

I'm sure they can convert USB to analog, but going the other way? I'm not sure.

A $20 headset is less expensive than a $200 mixer board, IMHO.

Not a mixer, more like a multiplexer. They make cheap ones for home audio stuff with RCA/Digital I/O, but I can't seem to find one with the minijacks used my most headphones/PC audio components.

This one doesn't do USB but I don't think you'll have much luck finding one that will switch between a USB headset and speakers.
