Okay, I'm new.  But for some reason when I try to fill with the paint can, it leaves a diffusion around the edges.  Sort of a softening effect.  

HOW DO I TURN THIS OFF!?

Turn off your textures or style selection...Your in a gradiatioin or dithering mode.
