| I just got my psp yesterday. Man this thing is badass. I cant wait to get my 256mb card in so I can download videos and mp3s to it. The new web browser is bad ass too. If you are looking for an all around portable digital media device then this is it. You can even hook it up to your tv to play the UMD movies on it just like a dvd player. |
How can you hook it to your TV? I know if you buy a Location free player you can watch tv on your PSP. The only game I like playing is SOCOM: FTB. I mostly use it for MP3s. I suggest you get a 1MB card or one of those 3 or 4 GB Harddrives. Nathan |
I thought the aiming system sucked. I know there are limitations because of the platform, but holding the r button to "lock on" to enemies is really annoying, especially when it takes 4 or 5 shots to kill one guy, even on semi. |
Yeah I agree, but it is fun to play online and do the robot after you kill a guy over his dead body. ![]() Nathan |
1.What's so special about version 1.5? 2.Sure, having 2gig is great, but what do you use it for that is so cool? |
He probally uses it as a "Porn Station Portable" Nathan |
No way man, that would be a waste of space :) With 1.5 you can run homebrew(not much good stuff out there I think), emulation (old ass games), but the best two things you can do with it is rip your games(downloading pirate copies is uh, piracy, ARRR! wink wink) and movies onto your memstick. With 2gb you can carry a couple good games and movies or videos... personally, I have some Dave Chapelle standup on there, Madden 2006, Burnout Legends, Battlefront II and some mp3's all on one memstick. |
Thats pretty cool. Have you seen the hard drive that they make for it? I only Said the Joke because I predicted that with the release of Internet surfing, that some people would make them "Porn Station Portables" Which is actually beginning to happen.

Yeah, but the reviews are that it's too slow and kinda klunky. A good place for psp info is psp-hacks.com, learned everything I needed to know there... except where the iso's are :) for information purposes, isohunt.com and seedler.org are two good bit torrent places to visit. |
You can do homebrew on 2.0 now as well. |
