How do I add text into a dialogue buuble after I make the bubble?

I can only get it to wqrap AROUND the bubble.

Help?

hold down alt then press f4 then press the u key really fast

I'm just guessing but.....

double click the text in the bubble? (or the space in the middle of the bubble)
