I have 2 bags of Paintballs (500 each) that was purchased this time last year.  They are still in the sealed bags and have not been moved from a finished basement that stays dry, and cool.  Should I trash them and buy new ones for a game we are playing tomorrow, or use them?  I'll probably buy more anyway.  Just curious if these are trash or usable.

Thanks!

Try em out.  If they keep breaking or don't shoot very straight, trash em.

Try them first.

If you have any trouble with braking in the gun... turn your velocity down to 270-280 and slow your rate of fire.

Also, keep your barrel clean. If you brake one in the barrel... have a stick squeegee handy to clean it out before continuing.

Have fun. Good luck!

you might have some swelled or flat spots wich will give you a few wingers.

no reason to trash them you can always burn them off at the target range or give them to kids to shoot at the target range etc.

dont expect consistent chrono reading's either, meaning make sure your shooting at or under the field limit and dont over adjust your gun if you see 30 fps drops, its the paint not the gun.

As long as the paint appears to be in good condition, no flat spots and such, the paint should be fine. Depending on the time they've been sitting and the condition of the area they've been kept (moisture/humidity free) they should be ok, but obviously shoot as good as fresh unsettled paint.

If they don't shoot straight just shoot more
