In the last week I have started going into a depressed mode all of a sudden, just getting all rushed, sweating, and then losing my energy.  What the hell is wrong with me?  This is the 4th time in a week.

The best advice I can give is go to the Doc and get checked out.  It could be physical just as much as it could be phychologial.

Have a regular Dr?  If not, maybe some friends could give you a few recommendations.  I've had some strange stuff.  Thought I had a problem with my hand and ended up with cervical spine surgery to fix it.  I find it best to get two opinions if it is serious.  Take care of yourself, no one else will.

Why are you afraid to visit the doctor, are you afraid they will find something? My grandma has this irrational fear of the doctor. She thinks that by going they might find something, but if she doesnt go everything will be fine. The sooner they find something the better chance of treating, so delaying it is only hurting yourself.

What you describe is NOT a "Panic/Anxiety" attack.

Severe sign of stress and/or depression, yes.  Anxiety, no.

Panic/Anxiety attack is when you would rather be dead than live another second with knowledge of impending death.  (What you would feel if you fell out of an airplane, without a parachute).

Talk to a doc before it gets worse.

I have bored a 1" hole in my skull. The hole allows much needed air into my brainpan, and allows excess fecal material to escape. When in public to keep out dust, and fingers I have inserted a burning candle into the "vent" or as we call it my "third eye".I no longer need a flashlight to light my way.Why have a brain tumer when you can have a third eye.

HAH !

Forgot to add above.

What you are feeling could be "DT's" (alcohol withdrawl).

If this happens after drinking, try not drinking.

If you feel it is NOT from drinking, have your family doctor do a complete panel on your blood and a physical.  If that is all relatively good, see a shrink (the kinda shrink that writes an Rx)
