I searched you tube for a good demonstration, but my search failed. I think I am doing them correctly, but seem to be stuck at doing 5 reps of 185lbs. Some days I know I could go a little heavier, but I usually do bench press before P rows, so my energy is sometimes low from bench press. If I do go heavier, I find myself using my hips and legs just a little bit to get the weight up instead of just using my arms and back. Not totally sure of proper form and techniques here, any help or advice is welcome. |
