Per one of my friends who is a pepsi distributor. They make them in batches. They do not run a constant production line for them. Only ran it as bottles, and there was 2 runs done in the last year. Some places still have some. They did a run in mid summer last year and again in winter. There will be another run shortly. PepsiCo was supposedly surprised how fast the first run sold out, and they made much more on the second run. MAGA. Quoted:

I was backpacking through Europe years ago. While hungover as hell in Italy, I accidentally bought a liter of cinnamon soda. Took one sip, nearly vomited, put the cap on and handed it to a gypsy beggar. She took one sip, spat it out and threw it in the garbage.
