What movies have philosophial schools of thought in them or are popular with the philosphy crowd?

I've been watching Lost in Translation and I guess the movie has strong existentialism in it.  Any others that resonate strongly with particular schools of thought?

I got more that the movie was about communication.  That cross-cultural communication is often superficial, with much getting "lost in translation."  My $0.02.

Bergman's The Seventh Seal is arguably philosophical, though I don't believe he offers any answers whatsoever as much as he brings up questions to ponder.

I think many movies have philosophical aspects to them.  Chariots of Fire, for example.  The main athletes being followed in the movie are

Harold Abrams, driven by worldly concerns and working hard.

Eric Liddell, driven by spiritual concerns and working hard.

Lord Lindsay, a British Lord of great talent but modeling the old aristocratic attitude toward the Olympics and perhaps squandering that talent a bit.  Or perhaps not.  He exhibits great sportsmanship and friendship, and clearly does not exalt sports achievement to the highest pedestal.  Is the end result good or bad?

The Matrix seems to have taken its inspiration from DesCarte's brains in vats

My philosphy teacher thought Total Recall was heavy with it and made us watch it in class.

Equilibrium is an interesting movie for this sort of thing.  It goes into depth on the concepts of thought crimes and police states.

Eat, Pray, Love.  Haha, just kidding.

Seriously:

Dark City
Knowing
Seven Samurai
Solaris (first one)
Stalker
I, Robot had one of the most beautifully philosophical lines of dialogue that I've ever heard.  Anyone guess which one?
In fact, any movie by Andrei Tarkovsky, Akira Kurosawa, or Alex Proyas is a must-see.
Up In The Air was very LiTesque
Totall Recall, yes.
Any movie or TV episode in the Ghost in the Shell series
Fight Club, I guess.
Moon was fantastically philosophical.
Blade Runner
Searching for Bobby Fischer is a beautiful movie about gifts, not sure that counts.  Ebert's review of it is the best thing he's ever written, followed by his reviews for Dark City and Knowing.
Etc.

Philosophy 101 class I took was heavy with movies.  We watched––

Fight Club
Groundhog Day
Donnie Darko
first 10 minutes of Full Metal Jacket

and several others, I think the professor wanted to teach an easy class.
