Not sure how many of you guys use anything to track your routes or how far you run/bike, but I've been loving using Runkeeper on my phone.

I've been biking to and from work for the last 3 weeks, and also biking with a group of friends when we can get together as well.  We all use Runkeeper to track our routes and our pace, and we share it together as a way to keep each other motivated.  For example, I tracked a route my friends and I took last week, and I could barely make it up two of the hills (yea, cube dweller out of his natual habitat).  Biked that route again, and conquered it plus added another half mile to the total route.

I had tried HiHiker on my Android phone, but was not happy with the GPS function (would bomb out on me and stop tracking half way in, or not track the first half of the trip).  But this seems to be working really well, is pretty accurate for my routes, and I can share it all with my friends.  Best of all, we keep each other on track to keep on our exercise when we can see each other's progress, and they have it for iPhone and Android.
